Presented the CA-Focal-SAM framework and its SFCA extension to the USTC research group: how frequency-conditioned per-class SAM weights and online sharpness feedback redistribute overall vs. tail performance on long-tailed benchmarks, with the multi-seed evidence and mechanism analyses.
